I have used Magicjack for over a year. Since I hardly use it I could live with it’s shortcomings but four months after renewing my account the company decided that somehow I violated the terms of agreement. There is no notification nor any opportunity to resolve this outside of arbitration in Florida. How do you do that?

So I lost my money and my service. You might think that MJ is ok because it’s cheap but, is the risk and the trouble worth it?

By the way their live help stinks.
