Sold me a substandard equipment

I bought magic jack from advertisement on tv and internet it seems so simple the instructions saidplug any phone into magic jack plugmagic jack into any USB port pic up your phone and talk for free, but the problem is they didnt explain that their might be a problem with echos when you talk but they did say if their was a problem use the fix button and it would fix 95% of the install problems,

Well guess what this must be one of the 10% that it doesnt fix ive talked for 45 minutes with live help did everthing they told me to do, then talked by email with three other people who tell me to do same thing as live help, ive been getting the run around so i emailed rep dan at magic jack and told him to refund my credit card 100% of what i paid because product has porblems told me i would have to pay for return shipping and send it back right now, or i woulnt get refunded

I emailed him and told him i should not have to pay a cent more and his reply was thats in the terms of service and software license agreement, well as far as im concerned it is not useable or should i say how would you like to talk to some one and everyword you say is repeated back to you i would say the product is defective, hope someone can put a stop to these internet and tv advertising scam artists
