Calls Denied After prolonged use. - Magic Jack Complaints

My Magic Jack was acceptable, even with its poor reception being it did not cost me to stay on the phone with my mom in Florida. I live in N.J. And used it to call her weekly. After about 2.5 hours of usage talking with her I was unable to call her about 2 months ago. I spoke with Magic Jack trouble shooting service they indicated it was my mothers phone company causing the trouble. After speaking with them I am certain I have been restricted by Magic Jack from placing a call to her number as I can call other numbers in her area with no "fast busy signal". I have read other complaints about this and think a class action suite may be needed.
