Happy HP customer again

I just wanted to update a previous complaint I wrote (I submitted the update under "replies", but I don't see it).

Anyway, I finally reached the right person, I emailed her my receipt, she adjusted the warranty date and promptly ordered my computer to be repaired. It has worked well for over a month now.
