I have got a hp slimline pc
S5200 series and i found that i had a fault on it, i contacted hp tec dept and they tried for 3 weeks to solve this problem, after three factory resets and still no better they finally ask for it to go to there tec guys to sort this problem out. It came back still with the printing problem even though they say theres no fault with my computer. What kind of service is this.
