HP printer deskjet 4580 - HP Printe

I have the above printer the only problem is every few months I can't use it for printing unless I use the HP advisor to check my system. This usually takes a few hours because it does a health check of my complete system. If I was running a business this could mean money but as it is it's just a complete pain in the ass. I would never buy any HP printer again because they seem more interested in trying to sell me print cartridges than giving me an instantly usable printer. Even when I connect it via cable it won't work. Thank God for this web site because I also found it virtually impossible to complain directly to HP via the net. On their sites they just point you towards solutions which I don't really want to read. Listen up hp - just make your printers to print. I don't care if you want to know what's on my computer or sell me cartridges. Just make sure i can use your f*ng product or can complain direct. Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh
