I bought an IdeaPad Y570 Notebook - 08626JU accordingly 30 days before. The bundled PowerDVD 10 application didn't function - it didn't perform blu ray disks because of the application repeatedly failing to update. This is how the IT assistance/problem procedure with Lenovo went.
