Magic Jack claims to be 100 % money back guarantee but when you return it you have to pay return shipping.
They are bait and switch artists. I wanted the unit for the telephone number porting and here low and behold this feature will cost you extra, but they don't make any mention of that in their ads or on their website. When asked how much with their live chat, "Its a nominal fee." I asked." What's nominal?" They replied, "You'd have to register the unit and then our engineers would be in touch with instructions and the fees." An immediate tip off that something was amiss. So I am returning it never used and never registered.
