I have been in the engraving/graphic arts business for decades now and have yet to see a company so paranoid in piracy of their software.

I understand precaution but to qualify for a conversation with technical support or licensing personal you will have to go through the “Third Degree” before you can be heard.

Adobe customer care process, when their software breaks, has turned into a total time consuming debacle for both customer and employee. I am shocked of the amount of resources they put into wasting peoples time.

Without going into a long winded definition, Adobe took four hours of total time from me. Half of which was making sure the software was legit even though we were all looking at the same online account. (Was a customer since PS4)

My licensing problem was not resolved, they stole my time. I threw the discs in the garbage and I will never buy a CS Suite again, I’ll make do with the versions I need and look for alternative software in the future.

I am really a very calm person, now that I have written, tweeted, and sent to other web 2.0 channels, I can go back to being that very calm person.
