ADOBE products - Photoshop Elements 4.0 - no service, no good

Internet & Web

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 earlier this year. It worked just briefly then stopped working. I have no idea why and could not get it to open anymore. I emailed Adobe Customer Support and explained about it not working after only about a month or two and first got no response. I emailed them again and got a stupid response - Thank you for contacting us through Adobe's Web site. For information on How to buy and order Adobe products, visit
http://www.adobe.com/support/salesdocs/1000149.html.

I emailed them again with an all caps subject NOT FUNCTIONING and got the identical stupid response. Obviously, I was not looking to purchase anything as I explained this software wouldn't work anymore and I needed help. Here's what they're worth on NASDAQ as of 8-6-06: $2,085.05. My opinion: they don't give a damn about their customers or products working. All they care about is the $100 bucks they can get from people.

Further, they used my email address to solicit me to buy more software one day later. Stay away from adobe photoshop. Bad choice. I wish I kept the box and receipt. This one was not purchased online. Most frustrating!
