Our HP Pavilion pcis drive failed after barely 12 months. It was a dreadful, long-drawn out and annoying encounter, but atleast the majority of HPis technology support employees are useful. Nevertheless their Revenue ("House Shop") is anything I'll NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN. HPis support representatives spoke me into purchasing an additional drive from their website. Good. And so I purchase one.inside a couple of minutes I named Revenue back again to stop it since I requested a much better design (larger storage) about the guidance of however ANOTHER HP support representative. The sales person assured me he'd credit my take into account the very first purchase (but declined to deliver mean email verification), which it'd not been delivered. Meanwhile, HP delivered it anyhow, in addition to the Next purchase. I'd to come back the very first purchase, and horsepower CHARGED ME THE SHIPPING costs for the very first order despite the fact that there is no reason behind them to, or even to have delivered it within the first place. They intentionally did not stop the purchase to create a few extra dollars (like $22). Was it worthwhile horsepower? I'll NEVER purchase something from HP Revenue (Residence Help) again. Your sales agents, guidelines and methods are dishonest and embarrassing.
