Purposely Confusing to Get Sale

I put my vehicle on Craigslist along with a sales person named from Car Marketing Methods. He provided on my vmail that "for my vehicle they'd assure that it offered or I really could obtain a FULL REFUND." I paid attention to the vmail and called back. I talked to some Sales Person there and he or she assured me about Four-Times that I really could "Stop" having a "Complete Cash Back Guarantee" and all I'd need to do is contact her to do this, also it might charge $249.00. I proceeded t / the Purchase and 2 nights later I had been delivered a declaration having said that A) I had been billed one more $29.00 Running Charge (it was never revealed from the sales person or even the disclaimer they read and T) the notice stated that I'd need to provide them with 3 Months before I really could obtain a Reimbursement. While I named Customer Support, they stated A) the $29 Control Charge was revealed (WHICH IT WASN'T) and W) I cannot support exactly what the Sales Person stated - you've to hold back 3 Months to obtain a Reimbursement etc. I informed her the Sales Person guaranteed me items that totally contradicted the notice they delivered 2 nights later (Running Charge, 3 Months vs. Simply Call Me and that I'll Stop). The Client Service Representative stated "Stop" differs than "Reimbursement" therefore by-design, the Sales Representatives are educated to express "Stop" so that they escape withit whenever you call-back to obtain a "Reimbursement". I expected them to replay the conversation between your Sales Person and that I plus they stated that it'd be hard to examine the Telephone Discussion. I've never gotten 1 phone or 1 Guide for my vehicle and today I am out ~$280. I'd clearly recommend not by using this support provided the look "Stop vs Reimbursement" and simply because they do not care what their Revenue Representatives are informing People throughout the revenue procedure and created no work to ease the problem. I'll be really shocked easily obtain the $250 back following the 3 months even when I follow their 6 actions necessary to obtain a Reimbursement (which requires a large amount of work to do this within the period allocated).
