I was trying to refinance my car to a lower interest rate and i got the number online. When i dialed the number it was supposed to be 1-888-295-2559 but i dialed 1-800-295-2559, and when i asked if it was ally financial they said yes and it was the promotional dept. When i asked to be transferred to the loan dept. They said do i have time for a promotion gift card. Finally when we were done instead of transferring me to a loan dept. They gave me this number-1-800-555-1212 and att. Answered for information. I then cancelled my credit card.
