Customer Service Terrible - Customer Service and Billing

I have been deployed since January to an area with no internet, cell phone service and technology, I was under the illusion that magic jack would come in handy. We couldnt use it. Once I got into theater and was able to use a computer I noticed I was billed for a product that I couldnt even use, contacted customer service to stop them from billing me and they gave me a "Whatever" type attitude and would not assist or help with my deployed dilemma asking me why I didnt return it well I am in the middles east and dont have the product here or the ability to even know I was charged. So after the not helping me attitude and the fact that this isnt their fault they refused my refund and ensured me I would be continually billed. Thank you Magic Jack for all you do for the troops.
