Customer service horrible

I ordered a product from best buy and entered the street address wrong by 3 numbers. The package was shipped and delivered then returned to UPS who changed the address to a "researched" address and tried again.

I discovered the error and called UPS and best buy to update the address. UPS said best buy policy prohibited them from changing the address without a call from best buy and best buy said they cannot call ups.

UPS also refused to send the package back to expedite the resending of the package to the correct addrss.
