Worst experience that I have ever had!

Worst knowledge that I've ever endured!!! I bought an electrical source that wound up being faulty plus they wont trade it or return my income. They would like to cost me A - 25% restocking charge since the container it arrived in is broken, even though harm to the container happened before I actually bought them. They're really reluctant to assist and did not actually trust me the power was defective before third-time that I introduced it in once they ultimately examined it. Despite they accepted the system was defective, they desired to cost A - 25% restocking charge. I'd highly recommend anybody who's contemplating buying at EBC computers move elsewhere. They don't have confidence in customer support. Small do they understand that the 25% restocking charge that they're attempting to cost me isn't likely to make sure they are anything within the long term; it'll wind up charging them thousands in missing revenue since I'll never return and that I am likely to make sure to never deliver any company their approach.
