Named Tech-Support for guarantee support on the desktop Computer.invested more than 20 hours - several on-hold - with one badly educated Indian repetition after another more than 3 months. (Was repeatedly recommended to increase my guarantee.) Fundamentally, I required a - was attached to a fax machine. Named back - was placed on store for more than 20 minutes. Named back and was ultimately attached to somebody who stated to be always a boss. He decided that there is a hardware problem and decided to deliver a container therefore the pc might be delivered. No container came. I named Palo Alto - ultimately talked to some local english-speaker who claims a container is likely to be delivered. I am not keeping out much wish... I have applied HP gear because the early 80s. NEVER AGAIN! Of Course If you've to purchase HP products - get a completely independent guarantee or support agreement or suppose it's a discard. THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS DREADFUL - unaware, badly educated, shady and even though it seems like theyare talking English - they're not efficiently speaking - or theyare intentionally losing your own time and wishing you will quit.
