Dell vostro 3550 keyboard layout - Dell Laptop

Hi guys,

I just bought a Vostro 3550 and there is 3 programmable buttons at the upper right corner. I want to set two to adjust volume and the third to mute. I believed that dell quickset was designed to do so but I can't get it work. I found the mute, but I cannot reprogram the other two buttons to adjust volume. Is it possible at all?
