Scheduling of install and delivery

Installation and delivery were scheduled for a 3 hour window 10:30pm - 1:30pm. Was called by their customer service department at 1:35PM to state delivery person was delayed this morning and now scheduled for 2:30pm -5:30pm.

There is no reason why I could not have been notified earlier and need to reschedule afternoon appointment due to their disregard to people's schedules. Poor customer service.

Will not making appliance purchases planned for late summer, early fall from them. Sorry HHGreg you just lost several thousands of dollars and will let friends and family know of my experience.

If you want people back you need to have good customer service...
