The keys on keyboard like (./;':"`~ etc.) are all mixed up.By pressing the key, it does not show the icon drawin on it.
USB 3.0 port is loose and keep loosing the potable drive connected.
I thought Dell (New) product would not have any fault...
Its with BDL (Khobar Office) for 20 days and to this date, they have not done anything about it.
