I was sold a year service plan after their Stopzilla product failed to resolve a virus, and was sold their 1 year service plan using a hard sell salesperson who misled me.
After days of trying to resolve the problem, tecnicians disabled my graphics card and it no longer works. They could not fix the graphics card problem and I requested a refund of $20. Which they refused, saying they resolved the virus problem. Complete baloney as they cause a bigger issue in their attempt to address the virus issue,
They do not honor the 100% satisfaction policy and will not refund my money.
This is a dishonest company that should not be allowed to operate as they do not honor their own policies!
A dishonest company that is to be avoided.
