My printer started printing someone else's taxes—including social security numbers

I've an issue with my hp printer—while performing my taxes online, my printer went out-of ink. I mounted a brand new capsule—and my printer began publishing somebody elses fees—including social security numbers. I named H&R Block, plus they stated it was the capsule had info programed onto it... How might this occur? Then i examine a few of the sites having said that HP recycles old cartridges. Therefore does imply all my info, that's said to be key, is certainly going on somebody elses printer...
