Toshiba has got the toughest customer support I Have ever experienced.

I take advantage of my Satellite L650 notebook just for my night graduate college courses. After about six months, the E key got free and today does not operate correctly.

I called Toshiba plus they explained to buy a container for $25 to deliver the notebook for their restoration heart. I bought the container, submitted the pc, and requested them to repair the E key.

I received my notebook back per week later. The E key was still damaged plus they changed my whole drive! All my files and applications were eliminated, and also the pc was actually lacking the applications it included initially.

After three calls to customer support, an incident supervisor advised me that my E key can not be changed since the harm was triggered after I decreased the computer (that we did not), and there's nobody in the whole organization of Toshiba that has the capability to return my $25 despite the fact that they explained to deliver it in. She also explained that there's nothing they are able to do about my drive and they'll not substitute my absent applications, despite the fact that they initially included the computer.

I Have never been so discouraged having a business.
