I bought a SONY VAIO from SONY (SONY DESIGN) in July plus a 3-year warranty. The pc instantly died on July 27 and that I have now been defeated in obtaining any reaction. The Support division doesn't possess the purchase info in its repository. Sony Design supplied a duplicate of the bill displaying the purchase with a fee for a-3 year warranty. The record was supplied to support on July 27 and 4 nights later they nevertheless state that they've the bill but are awaiting an update of the database.

Mess and reckless conduct on section of SONY employees shouldn't result in a client to become punished. There's no body at SONY effective at solving the problem. The maintain fainting phone amounts of the support division who don't have an updated database. I've been discouraged following a dozen phone and 4 emails.

SONY is fraudulent and therefore are targeted at deliver you in groups and never supply support they have billed for.in basic phrases it's a SCAM.
