Phone Randomly Hangs Up

I have had Magic Jack for quite some time now. However, during the past 3 months or so, we have had phone problems only at night. Around 10:00 pm when you are talking to somebody the phone randomly cuts out and hangs up. When you call the person back, the phone hangs up on its own the second the person picks up the phone. Does anybody have any clue why this would start happening all of a sudden or know how to fix this?
