I was concerned about how Dell 's customer service would be, because I knew they outsourced, however, I also knew reviews were somewhat decent. Besides a slight Indian accent, my only problem is that they were too thorough, and I mean that. I got calls once a day to ensure my problem was resolved. Also, I got emails, checking to be sure there were no more problems. When a part failed, I called, and the next day a man was available with the part to fix it who came to my place of work to fix it in front of me. If there are any other issues, the technician will look at it. Of course outsourcing Customer Service is frustrating, but if it means I get a guy to come to my job or house to work on my computer, than I am fine with that. This is standard warranty, btw, I never paid for anything.
