Magic Jack customer service is horrible

I used MJ for about 8 months. Dealt with horrible customer service. Terminated my account without notice, claimed i needed to renew. Since it was so cheap, i did, even though it wasnt a full year. Two days later it was terminated again. With no refund. Its ok for a user wanting to receive very few calls and use less than 30 min a day or they will terminate your account in time.
