Do not buy Edraw/Swreg

Do not buy Edraw software. They are bad company. They do not refund you claiming that you have activated the license.

First there is no where in the policy saying that there is no refund after activating. You have to activate to use the software.

Secondly, I bought support life time update and CD back up after learning that they do not refund, I want to cancel the back up CD and lifetime update. Guess what, they do want to give back the money, claiming that it is in the package and they do not refund part of the package.

What kind of service is this? The program is ok, hard to use though, but the no refund is border line fraud.in short, do not buy Edraw and do not use the credit card service Swerg.org.

If Swerg.org is doing business with shady company like this, then they are in the same class.
