On January 1 and January 2 I purchased two products and paid for them via SWREG. I have WASTED SIX (6) WEEKS OF MY TIME in trying to get a SIMPLE LINK to the products from both SWREG and from LIVE BULK MAIL - a BUNDLE of THREE PRODUCTS.

Firstly, it took SWREG 8 DAYS to even send the product key to me. I was advised to DOWNLOAD A TRIAL. After receiving the product key, I REPEATEDLY TRIED to enter the PRODUCT KEY into the DOWNLOADED SOFTWARE.

However, the TRIAL SOFTWARE does not allow any ACCESS to allow the BUYER to add the PRODUCT KEY to ACTIVATE the PRODUCTS.

Both companies obviously know that the trial version does not allow a buyer to add the license to the trial and that the companies need to send or provide a link to the buyer for the buyer to download a usable product into which the buyer can add the (phony) license in order to use the product.

I have repeatedly contacted the SELLER, LIVE BULK E-MAIL, the PRODUCT which is sold and by which the company is supposedly known.

The company never bothered to advise me that i required a new link to download in order to install / add the license and to be able to use the product.

I spent 5 entire hours on February 8 searching for information and trying to understand why I could NOT ADD THE LICENSE, and in UNINSTALLING AND RE-INSTALLING NEW DOWNLOADED SOFTWARE.

I sent two lengthy LETTERS to LIVE BULK E-MAIL SENDING COMPANY - Support, Live Bulk E-Mail Professional Bundle - and advised them of what I had spent hours doing, asking for them TO SEND A LINK TO ME into which I could INSTALL THE PRODUCT KEY / LICENSE.

Instead, they offerred to provide me with another useless key.

Again, I spent SIX HOURS TODAY in contacting SWREG, getting all the ORDER NUMBERS, LICENSE KEYS and finding the HIDDEN LINK to SWREG to advise them that I HAD NEVER RECEIVED THE LINK.

When I contacted SWREG TODAY, I was still believing that they were going to ASSIST ME and PROVIDE THE LINK.

Soon after sending the request, i received an automated reply which told me to go to their website again, back to where i just came from, to file a request for a link.

I wrote to support, live bulk e mail professional bundle -feb. 9, as follows:

To: Support, Live Bulk E-Mail Professional Bundle From: Rosemary Gilroy Date: Feb. 9 I sent you a long letter on Feb. 8. Cannot locate at moment. I SPENT ALL DAY YESTERDAY UNINSTALLING AND DOWNLOADING windows 7,64 bit version again, and trying to install again. Support must know the following: i downloaded a free trial from the internet. That would have REPLACED & UNINSTALLED my PAID VERSION. The trial does not have any access for the buyer to add a license, to activate the licensed version. That is how your system is set up. Do you understand? You have been RUNNING ME AROUND for 6 WEEKS, pointing for me to ADD the LICENSE to a TRIAL VERSION which is IMPOSSIBLE TO DO. There are only TWO POSSIBLE WAYS to RESOLVE THIS: 1. Send a new, full “paid” version of the entire bundle to me which i will install to replace the trial version. Then I add the LICENSE I already have to the NEW “PAID” VERSION. If that doesn't work, you can also send me a NEW LICENSE. 2. Give me a full refund via swerg. I can then download the TRIAL again from the INTERNET, BUY IT AGAIN, you send me a NEW LICENSE, as you usually do, I add the LICENSE to the NEW FULL BUNDLE which I just bought from you 2nd time, and I FINALLY GET TO USE WHAT I PAID FOR 6 WEEKS AGO. It is 7:45 A.M., Feb. 9, U.S.A., Eastern time.

Also, please send me the LICENSE for the VERIFIER, NOT PROFESSIONAL, which I also bought when I was having PROBLEMS with the BUNDLE about one month ago. If you need more information, such as Order number, let me know, and I will send it to you. Also, i installed with nortons off and it still does not work. It is a trial. How can it work? I cannot add the license to a trial. If you do NOT PERFORM one or the other TODAY, I will file a RIP OFF REPORT TONIGHT AGAINST THIS COMPANY. And any other ways of filing reports against the company."

The COMPANY NEVER EVEN REPLIED. Today, finally, I went back to SWREG to receive NOTHING IN RESPONSE.

I never file these rip off reports. I am so angry at this point for the one hundred hours of my time which have been wasted by swreg and live bulk mail, and their worthless bundle ($153), and worthless verifier ($29.90) and all the companies who sell worthless software on the internet, that i finally wrote this report.

ADDED NOTE: the software company, Live Bulk Mail, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SELLING SOFTWARE.

On their site, they advertise their willingness to sell their service for a mere $900 (perhaps a monthly fee) to allow the buyer to send 1,000, 000 e-mails.

If the company can EARN $900 per month from Consumers, why should they waste their time in providing SERVICE for their SOFTWARE? That is what they must be thinking.

Why should these companies care if they cost Consumers to LOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS while BEING RIPPED OFF by them? Look at the thousands of dollars they keep collecting.
