Pavilion Elite m9400 Problems and Printer Ink Failures After Three Years

Too many problems all the way around and just 3 years old after paying $1683.48 and I keep getting ink failures on the printer I purchased with it! (A Photosmart C7200 All-in-One)
All purchased on 12/03/08
Have had two in home visits and it still stinks!
I'm just disgusted.
