No credit has been issued

I bought a check stand on 12/31. After I obtained it it had been not the right measurement. I had been recommended to come back them on RMA #60-28083-11. Them was delivered on 1/11 via USPS to Jonestown, PA 17038, area 5 package post, 5 pounds 9.20 oz $10.94. Around this day a credit hasn't been released to my charge card. The return data believed to permit 15 times for running of returned product. I'm writting for you on March 30 so that as of the day a credit hasn't been obtained. Please problem my credit. Cheers.
