Overcharge

I put an order on Shoplet.com for 3 individual products. Our charge card was billed the following day for that proper quantity. The things I purchased appeared in regards to a week later. Per week after obtaining the proper products I observed another cost to my charge card for precisely 2X the initial purchase quantity. I quickly questioned these costs with my CC organization and named Shoplet.com Customer Support to ask about the extra dual cost. The CSR advised me that's was for an overshipment. I proceeded to inform the CSR used to do not get an overshipment which is illegal to cost an individuals CC without their agreement. The CSR stated the factory required a fat of my cargo before it had been delivered plus they did overship on my purchase. The CSR couldn't show me why they overshipped, I still don't comprehend. Anyhow, I just obtained precisely what I requested. The amusing thing is they never did contact or email me to inform me that the error might have been created on my cargo, they simply went forward without agreement and created one more cost to my card. The CSRis won't acknowledge they created a mistake and credit my CC for that overcharges. DON'T purchase from these scammers. I'll never purchase out of this location again.
