Pavilion dv6000 Motherboard Failed Within a Year and Recall Not Disclosed

I purchased a laptop from you guys for almost 2000.00 dollars less than a year it would not connect to the internet I had no idea what was wrong I called Best Buy Best Buy told me to call HP so I did I was told that it was a bad motherboard and I would have to pay for this to be fixed there was a recall on the laptop motherboard but because you didn't tell me when I initially called I missed out on it so now I have a very expensive paper weight and you guys are not willing to fix what you sold as defective at this point if I continue to get no response from your company everything HP I own I will take back to the stores I purchased them from and will no longer buy anything HP ever and I will make sure all my friends know I just told a friend who, s buying another laptop not to purchase HP or compaq I will make sure no one I know buys anything HP
