HP laptop complaint - HP Pavillion dv6000

I purchased a laptop from you guys for almost 2000.00 dollars less than a year it would not connect to the internet I had no idea what was wrong i called best buy best buy told me to call HP so i did i was told that it was a bad motherboard and I would have to pay for this to be fixed there was a recall on the laptop motherboard but because you didnt tell me when i initially called i missed out on it so now I have a very expensive paper weight and you guys are not willing to fix what you sold as defective at this point if i continue to get no response from your company everything HP i own I will take back to the stores i purchased them from and will no longer buy anything HP ever and I will make sure all my friends know I just told a friend who, s buying another laptop not to purchase HP or compaq i will make sure no one i know buys anything HP
