On Feb 15 noticed a 6 month old lap top computer power cord failure. Returned to store under warranty and was told i would receive a new one in seven to ten days. They have been promising me a new one since then and have not delivered. I just purchased one on Amazon so i could use my lap top. As of today March 10 they are still promising me the part. Amazon delivered part within two days.
