Customer Service for faulty xbox 360 a COMPLETE RIPOFF Redmond washington

Proof that the XBOX 360 was not ready to be distributed to public. This stupid thing has been a NIGHTMARE since we opened the box. First it overheated, had to by FAN for the system. Then it starts BURNING cirlces in the games. HOWEVER, the experts at XBOX support say there IS NOTHING they can do about it and it is faulty games, not their hardware. That they only way the system could be making the circles is if we are violently shaking the hardware.

Well, since I don't make a habit of shaking $400 gaming systems, we are certain that is not the cause.

I have NEVER experienced such AWFUL customer support from a company before and will make sure we boycot MICROSOFT for ANY and ALL future electronic needs.

Next time, Microsoft, wait until you get the kinks out of your products before releasing them. You got greedy this time and my 12 year old son had to pay.
