Sony delayed release of patch for game - PSN

The game "two worlds 2 " has been released in Europe for the playstation 3 since November. The game crashes and its completely unplayable. I contacted the publisher called zussex entertainment and they have confirmed that they have released a patch to fix the problem and gave it to sony for approval and release to the public through the playstation network. However since now the patch is not released. How long does this approval process takes? Many european consumers are furious at this time. Release the patch ASAP!
