I really enjoy using Tapulous's game "Tap Tap Revenge 3" on my iPod.in the past I have received prompt aid from their support center when I lost my eMail account that was associated with my Tap Tap account. All good, fine, and wonderful. Now Tap Tap is essentially a rythym based game where you must hit pads with your fingers at the timing indicated on the screen by moving dots. Within the application (and within the application ONLY) you can purchase and download different musical tracks from your preferred artists. I have done this many times before. You confirm the purchase, it bills the charge to your iTunes account, and the download begins automatically. One day, a bundle of songs released by Slipknot was put on their track store. I attempted to purchase them once and it said the purchase had worked, but no download began. I checked my iTunes store account to see if I'd been charged yet; and I hadn't. I went back into the Tap Tap application and tried re-purchasing the content, to no avail, the download failed to start again. I went to an option within the game which is "restore all purchased tracks" this SHOULD re-download all my purchased songs, and it did, save for the recently purchased Slipknot bundle. I tried once more to re-purchase the songs but alas, no downloads initiated. The next day (aug 21) I received my recipt from the iTunes store; I had been billed THREE TIMES. I contacted both tapulous and iTunes to sort things out. ITunes got back to me within a day and a half, refunding my credit for two of the three purchases, I kept one, because I still wanted those songs. One week later and still no reply from Tapulous. I check to see the status of my complaint - and it had disappeared. No trace that I had ever sent it. So I sent another, and five days later another one, then I began to forward my iTunes recipt to them with a message attached explaining my situation. Nothing. No answer, not a word. This has gone on for far too long, I have 4 requests sitting idle in their complaint station, still "waiting to be assigned to a help-desk operator." it's been over a month since I sent those eMails. I became desperate, I just wanted an answer, something tangible, some reason for why they can't help me! But nothing has come back - it seems as if no one is listening on the other end. I need help, and my voice isn't big enough to be heard, apparently.
