Made it seem that i could download music from itunes to an mp3 player Ripoff

I was trying to download music on my daughter's mp3 player and itunes made it seem like that was possible. Come to find out, they cater to ipods. I did find a sight that was very simple to use and did get some music for my daughter.

However, I am trying to get intouch with itunes to get my money refunded for something that wouldn't even work on the mp3 player. Itunes charged me $34.90.99 for every song. Thank goodness I only tried to download three or four songs before I realized it wouldn't go on the mp3 player. All I want is my money back.
