Complaint - hp 1160 printe

Please help to transfer this complaint to HP

A hp 1160 printer was repaired twice for the same problem. And HP service station 86-21-62811010 failed to provide the statue as claim the repair guy is holiday leave. Last Friday, I compainted to HP hotline (86-8008100039), operator number 360, but up to now, there is still no any feed back from either the HP service station or HP hotline.
