This is absolutely the last time that I buy any kind of product at HP. Thank's God the wold is big and there are plenty of services.
In my 20 years of experience dealing with computers HP has been a nightmare for my laptop and printer both under warranty.
Right now I am waiting in line for a supervisor for more than 2 hours. I have tried other times but nobody responds. The call just hangs up automatically and when I call back they say that the lines are bad.
