I had been purchasing a laptop and 30 days before it had been reduced it shattered. We got it directly into them-and they delivered it to service-center. They wouldnt give me a loaner, and my grand-daughter was requiring it on her university courses, therefore we purchased a brand new computer from their website. They've had another pc for more than 6 weeks, and today they inform me they offered it. After requesting each and every month a couple of times where my pc was, i eventually discovered. They still keep getting me down. I dont need or require another pc, I simply need the cash that I'm owed for this. Am i being illegal?
