On Monday November 7, I ordered my "free" Windows 7 upgrade. The order was Approved and allegedly shipped on Dec 1 via DHL. HOWEVER DHL has no record of the tracking number

A computer site that has no way of registering a complaint! I am beginning to believe this is some sort of scam and am preparing to file a Deceptive Business Practice complaint with the Texas Attorney General Office Consumer Protection Division
