Cheap - refunds

We tried Magic Jack and we were 4 days over the trial period. The amount of chats on line was unbelievable. We were missing important calls, our line would ring busy when no one was on the phone. We were very frustrated. To top it off, we signed up for 5 years because signing up that way was even cheaper than for 19.95 per year. We tried to downsize our phone bill but we feel it was a waste of money. Then I was told twice by different operators that I would be refunded the five year plan (not the Magic Jack itself) 69.96 plus tax. The third time I spoke to an operator she said it cannot be refunded. Apparently, no one knows what the other one is doing. I would never recommend this product to anyone!
