HP customer service is terrible

HP customer support is horrible. Obtained a brand new desk-top that was absent antivirus application I'd bought. Believed it'd be considered a basic phone. More than 3 times I talked to whole of six individuals. The final phone continued for 90 minutes. However no quality. One individual explained it will ahve been preisnstalled and that I must deliver the computer back. Another explained they must have delivered me a drive. All-they have to do is send me a drive for me personally to set up.
