I'm not the only one who has exactly the same problems with HP Customer Service

Iam happy to determine Iam not alone that has the identical issues with HP Customer Support, or must I-say Serviceless, but Iam clearly not happy to locate that I'm impossible to obtain anywehere. Our C7280 printer isn't fit-for objective because it truncates the previous few traces of files. I recorded a problem once the printer was a few months old. After several months of investgiagtion horsepower ultimately decided to substitute the printer after which repeatedly requested me for that evidence of purchase along with a sequential number during the last four weeks. I provided these details 4 occasions but each time I approached the Assistance group they requested requested the identical concerns so it's clearly a tactic to ensure they not have to restore defective gear. The web organization I bought the printer from wouldn't change it out without horsepower supplied a verification. Our printer has become out-of guarantee and that I am caught having a printer that's unfit for objective and really should not have managed to get towards the stores.
