Customer service sucks

Dell Pcis customer support is non existent. Our cousin had an issue together with her pc, she could not can get on point and Ie would not start whatsoever. She got no plan disks using the computer. After much work she got Dell to deliver her disks to re install Windows. I had been assisting her to set up them, but I take advantage of Apples therefore had difficulty setting it up to start the disks. We named Dell to determine just how to get it done, however the man in India declined to answer any concerns, he simply needed us to pay for him $70.00. Then perhaps he'd try supporting. Seems like blackmail in my experience. What type of organization cannot actually inform you just how to deploy the machine without having to be compensated, once you've purchased their item. I wont get Dell, neither in the event you.
