On 1/31 I bought an ASUS eee pc small laptop and was traded for having hard drive problems because of fake software. I had been provided a fresh notebook of the exact same manufacturer. On 04/10 I again delivered the traded fresh device using the same problems displaying about the display that it'd fake software inside it. I submitted a problem using the Federal Trade Commission, Arizona Attorney General and also the BBB of Tucson, Arizona. I had been named by Bestbuy to consider the pc set for however more screening (after it examined by there Geek Squad specialists on 04/10) and was humiliated by team and nothing was achieved. I got my computer and quit the shop and supervisor Kelli Riley didn't trade or return me for that computer. The grievances however remain available and conflicting with Bestbuy.
