Laptop shipped after canceled order, debit card charged, bills bounced

Wanted to order laptop debit card would not go through.

Said ok forget it. 3 days later deposited money on debit card. Took money and sent laptop. Bounced my light bill and car insurance. No lights for xmas or heat. 9 people i talked to and no one would help. I was told send laptop back and in 30 days they would return my money. Merry Christmas
