Can not figure out problem with mainboard for 1 month

Firstly, i reside in poultry and so I'll complain about turkish horsepower businesses... I purchased a PC last mounth which is frustration me and my loved ones since we've truly poor problems and we function too much to purchase this pc. However the second-day it generates several issues and so I visit the support. Support stated mainboard isn't work-but they CAn't determine this issue for 1 mounth and that I possess a fantastic issue since I want this pc to not have some fun I want bacause of my school. I can't resolve this issue with turkish maker. I really hope this site help me...
