I requested a PC from Lenovo that had Landscape Home Ed. Prem. 64-bit. Lenovo provides an update to Windows-7. First, they sent me the incorrect update (32bit). After an hour or so about the telephone and speaking with 1 / 2 of Bombay, I had been informed to contact another quantity to speak with Georgia. I had been informed that the new alternative 64-bit have been approved and could be delivered. Fourteen days later I'd not seen from Lenovo. I began the phone call procedure again. Three Indians later, I had been educated that Atlanta was incorrect, I'd need to submit a contact in the Lenovo Windows-7 website before they might change the program. I did so. Fourteen days later, no notice. I named Georgia and spoke towards the technology division again. Once more I had been informed they had sent whoever and approved the update. Four nights later I obtain a notice that the update to my pc had delivered, Windows-7 Property Ed. Quality (32Bit). Back about the telephone again, Once again, another alternative copy of 64-bit is assume to be delivered. We will have. I've never completed company having a business that's such awful, low-existant customer care. This outsource may hopefully save them cash right from lifestyle.
